Three days, multiple cities, 30+ guests flying in from Canada and the UK, the baraat at 4 PM, the bride’s vidaai at midnight. Punjab weddings are operations — not single rides. We’ve coordinated them since 1980.
Bride or groom is based in Canada / UK / USA. Relatives flying in from 3 countries on 5 different days into Delhi IGI.
The bride and groom are from Ludhiana / Amritsar / Jalandhar / Patiala. Wedding is in their hometown. Most guests are local.
Couple is based in Delhi/Mumbai/Bangalore but wants the wedding at a Punjab heritage venue — Phillaur Fort, Patiala palaces, farmhouse near Amritsar.
This is a real example of what we typically run. Yours will be different — we customise vehicle counts and routes once you tell us the schedule.
Vehicles: 4–6 sedans + 1 MPV. Routes: Family pickups from house to mehndi venue, return at night. 2 dedicated airport runs to Delhi IGI for relatives arriving on evening flights.
Vehicles: 8–10 cars. Routes: Hotel → venue at 6 PM, venue → hotel after midnight. Special pickup for elderly relatives. Bride’s makeup artist transfer from Chandigarh.
Vehicles: 12–18 cars including decorated baraat car (Innova Crysta with flowers and ribbons). Routes: Morning — family ceremonies. Afternoon — baraat assembly and procession. Night — reception then guest dispersal across multiple hotels.
Vehicles: 6–8 sedans + 1 luxury for the couple. Routes: Vidaai farewell. Then 4–5 airport drops to Delhi IGI as guests fly home. We hold cars on standby for any flight changes.
Innova Crysta or premium sedan. Marigold + rose decoration, ribbons, optional driver in turban. The groom’s car for procession.
Swift Dzire / Ertiga. Comfortable for 4 passengers + luggage. Used for hotel-to-venue and airport runs.
For groups arriving together — NRI families, college friends, baraat guests. AC, comfortable bench seats, large luggage space.
For the couple’s vidaai or VIP guests. Mercedes / Audi / Range Rover available on advance request.

Includes: drivers (white shirt dress code), fuel within Punjab, baraat car decoration, dedicated coordinator. Extra: Delhi airport runs (per trip), inter-state tax for Himachal/J&K, overnight driver allowance ₹300/day.
One human, one phone number, your only point of contact for the entire fleet. They know every driver’s location, every flight, every venue.
You join a private group with all drivers + the coordinator on the morning of Day 1. Last-minute schedule change at midnight? Send one message, all drivers see it.
One car breaks down on the wedding day, we have a spare driver in the same locality within 20 minutes. Aggregator apps cannot do this.
Plain white kurta or shirt (your choice). No branded company T-shirts on a wedding day.
We do a route walkthrough 2 days before the wedding, identify traffic chokepoints, plan alternate routes for the baraat. Aggregator drivers don’t do this.
Every NRI relative flying in gets a driver waiting at IGI with a name board. We track flight delays automatically. No frantic calls when KLM is 90 minutes late.
WhatsApp +91 9914841000 from Canada / UK / USA / Australia / UAE / Germany. Send your wedding date, hometown in Punjab, and rough number of guests. Within 24 hours we send back: vehicle plan, day-by-day schedule, total quote. Lock in with a 25% advance via international card or wire transfer. We coordinate directly with your wedding planner / family in Punjab from there. Final settlement on arrival.
What we’ll need from you 2 weeks before the wedding: guest flight numbers (for airport pickups), hotel addresses, the wedding card (we use it to share venue details with drivers), bridal/groom car preferences.
27 guests flew from Toronto into Delhi IGI across 4 days. We had to coordinate 9 separate airport pickups (some at 2 AM), hotel transfers in Amritsar, a 14-car baraat with the groom in a decorated Crysta, and the vidaai vehicle to Phagwara at 11 PM. Punjab Taxi Co handled it. Our coordinator Manjeet was on WhatsApp at every step. We didn’t have a single transport headache during the wedding — which, if you’ve planned a Punjab wedding, you know is rare.— Gurpreet Singh, Toronto (groom’s father)
Minimum 4 weeks for any wedding involving 8+ cars. For NRI weddings with airport coordination, we recommend 8–12 weeks. Wedding-season weekends (Nov-Feb) book 4–6 months out.
Yes. Standard decoration is fresh marigold + rose flowers and ribbons on the groom’s Innova Crysta. Premium decoration (full floral, custom theme colours) costs ₹2,500–5,000 extra. We coordinate with your florist if you have one.
The driver waits without extra charge for up to 2 hours of flight delay. Beyond that we charge ₹200/hour wait time. We track every flight via flight number. No frantic calls needed.

Common scenario for diaspora couples. We provide inter-city transfers between Delhi and Punjab + local fleets in both cities. Best handled with a 30-min phone call to plan.
Yes — with 2 weeks notice. We arrange Mercedes E-Class, Audi A6, or Range Rover from a verified Chandigarh/Delhi vendor. Cost: ₹15,000–35,000 per day depending on car and city.
Quotes are GST-inclusive. We accept bank transfer, UPI (PhonePe/GPay/Paytm), card, or international wire from abroad. 25–50% advance, balance on the wedding day.
Three generations. Hundreds of weddings. One promise: every car is exactly where it needs to be, exactly when it needs to be there. Your wedding day shouldn’t have logistics anxiety.
